Robinson Elementary students had the opportunity to engage in experiential learning at an Ecology Fair hosted by Welty Environmental Center and Beloit Fresh Start! Students learned about ecology through various fun stations and activities run by students and staff from Beloit Fresh Start. I just had the most delicious breakfast at West Side Family restaurant in Beloit, Wisconsin and I couldn't wait to share my experience with you all. It had been over a year since I last visited and let me tell you, it was worth the wait.I decided to go with the traditional American breakfast and it did not disappoint. The bacon was crispy, the eggs were cooked to perfection, the toast was buttery, the hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the coffee was just what I needed to start my day. I may have even considered ordering seconds because it was that good.Aside from the amazing food, I have to give a shoutout to the staff at West Side. They were so friendly and welcoming, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. It's always a plus when you feel appreciated as a customer.And let's not forget about the prices. They were very reasonable, making it the perfect spot for a delicious and affordable breakfast. The JFK exhibit at our museum is getting even better! We are in the process of renovating the exhibit room and adding new carpet and wallpaper. This is just one of the many ways we strive to provide a top-notch experience for our visitors.Did you know our JFK exhibit is one of the largest in the world?
