Confidence, Discipline, and Integrity - that is our focus. We want our students to have confidence in their value -- to know they are worth sticking up for! This is not our only mission. Confidence goes well beyond self-defense and into work ethic and self-control. We have seen time and time again if a student's confidence and discipline go up so does their ability to focus and follow directions. 

Kids Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 7-12)

Kids Jiu-Jitsu specializes in ground fighting and essential self-defense techniques. Specifically, the art is centered around Grappling, Throws, Sweeps, and other immobilizing techniques. 

Since most physical altercations end up on the ground Jiu-Jitsu is great for preparing children for the most difficult and eminent self-defense scenarios. Similar to some aspects of wrestling most students find the environment fun and love learning the techniques and discipline alongside their classmates.

JR. Ninjas (Ages 5-7)

The Jr. Ninjas is where we can apply the same self-defense principles offered in the kid's Jiu-Jistu Program, but done in a format that works specifically for our younger students!
