Founded by Cecelia Munoz in July 2023, Wisco Blooms is all about making your special day truly memorable. Cecelia's passion for party organizing was ignited when she planned her own destination wedding in Hawaii. 

Starting with a stunning flower wall that CeCe fell in love with online, Wisco Blooms now offers a range of services to elevate any event. From flower walls and arches to balloon decor and neon signs, they've got everything you need to create a breathtaking backdrop for your photos.
