The community is invited to the grand reopening of Turtle Island Playground in Riverside Park, Beloit, on Friday, May 30, 2025, with a ribbon cutting ceremony starting at 4:30 PM.

Located at 1160 S. Riverside Drive, this beloved playground has been transformed into an exciting, inclusive play space designed to spark creativity and adventure for children of all ages. The newly renovated playground includes modern amenities and improved accessibility, making it a welcoming destination for families throughout the Stateline area.

The upgrades were made possible in part through funding from the City of Beloit’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) allocation.

Come celebrate this exciting milestone with your neighbors — attend the ribbon cutting and be among the first to explore the new and improved Turtle Island Playground!
