Taco Tuesday at Tacos El Gordo!

I had the most fantastic lunch at Tacos El Gordo in Beloit, right by AutoZone on 4th St. Let me tell you about the trio of tacos that rocked my taste buds – steak, chicken, and chorizo. These were hands down some of the best tacos I've had in a long while. The flavors were out of this world. What stood out to me was the attention to detail in the preparation – the soft taco shells had this perfect crunch from being toasted just right. Each bite was a flavor explosion, but if I had to pick a favorite, the steak taco stole the show. The tenderness and rich flavor were next level. If you're looking for a delightful Taco Tuesday experience, I highly recommend giving Tacos El Gordo a try. Your taste buds will thank you!
